Ms. Annette Dixon, Vice President of the World Bank Group (WBG) , had a lecture at Case Study Room on the 3rd floor in the Sogo Kenkyu Building No. 2 on May 21st. She discussed how the World Bank Group works with governments around the world addressing Sustainable Development Goals, and why innovation matters. She also talked about her experiences in WBG and had a Q & A session with students.

After the lecture, she kindly shared time with some students who were interested in WBG and provided further information including talent and career required.

It was a part of the series of lectures for Global Social Entrepreneurship class, but opened for students from other faculty/graduate school in Kyoto University.
There were 17 registered students and more than 20 participants including from other graduate schools in Kyoto University.
