【Brief Overview】
Mizuho Securities Endowment, Graduate School of Management, Kyoto University is pleased to announce the day-long Zoom-based seminar on the state of management research and corporate practices today. As the three seminars are independent to each other and each of the three will give one point, you can safely have three points by participating all of them or get two or one point by taking two or one presentations of your preference.

“Value Investing: Has Warren Buffet Really Been a Good Student of Benjamin Graham?”

Warren Buffet has been credited as the most influential entrepreneur who successfully applied the concept of “value investing” which was formulated by Benjamin Graham who educated Buffet at the Columbia Business School. This presentation will follow the investment strategies that Buffet has employed since he acquired Berkshire-Hathaway in the mid-1960s and pin-point the creative facets of his own unique strategies that successfully generated high return in the long-run.
