Online Application Outline

Application Period: August 18 (Mon), 2025 – September 5 (Fri), 2025, 5pm [JST].

Different application steps are required depending on a university you graduated / will graduate from. Read the admission guidelines carefully and follow an appropriate flow for you.

How to Upload Recommendation Letters

The applicant should request the recommendation letters via email from the online application system to a relevant university professor or social standing person (e.g. your supervisor / boss in a workplace). The requested person should proceed to the URL sent by email and upload a letter in a designated form to the online application system. The applicant must confirm the application after getting the letters during the application period, so make sure to tell the requested persons to respond as soon as possible.
