- A lot of important questions—from how to live a good life, to how to respond to the promises and challenges of globalization—have both philosophical and empirical dimensions. In this time of global flux, I think there is much to be learnt by taking an interdisciplinary perspective to these questions and integrating insights from the humanities and the social sciences.
