On April 2nd, the GSM held an orientation for new students in the professional degree program. A total of 106 students – 41 Japanese and 65 international students – enrolled and started their academic journey in Kyoto.
At the opening ceremony Dean Sawabe and GSM Alumni Association President Ms.Yang Danni gave congratulatory addresses. Following the ceremony, guidance on academic requirements and school life was given by the directors of the Japanese and international programs.
After the orientation, a welcome party was hosted by senior students of the GSM Student Council, where the new students built network with their peers and faculty members through a Q&A session and a Human Bingo game.
