Overview
―Startup M&A―
With support of Strike Co. Ltd., we will provide lecture on Startup M&A. The lecture consists of three parts, the development stages of startup companies from POC (Proof of Concept) to their exit, setting up and managing CVC (Corporate Venture Capital) by corporations, and then generating strategic synergies after investing startup business. The lecture will be conducted from both theoretical and practical perspectives for students to understand how corporations can create value through startup M&A.
