【Brief Overview】
In this presentation, I introduce key aspects of qualitative research, including interviewing and data analysis. I also reflect on my research journey, raising several methodological questions and challenges I have encountered along the way. I provide examples from my previous publications to illustrate how I moved from raw data to categories and research models. By sharing my experiences with qualitative research methods, I encourage researchers to adopt greater reflexivity in their individual research processes. In doing so, they can not only open up possibilities for methodological innovation and mid-range theory but also improve overall research practices.
