【Brief Overview】
Efforts to utilize the power of digital to develop and manage urban infrastructure efficiently and effectively have begun in many countries around the world. In particular, the introduction of BIM into construction production systems and the implementation of digital infrastructure asset management utilizing rapidly developing ICT and AI technologies are being implemented not only in Japan but also in Southeast Asian countries. In this symposium, we will introduce the latest examples of these efforts in Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam, and discuss the future direction of research and initiatives in digital asset management.
