Also Adjunct Professor of the Hitotsubashi University Business School.

- In recent years, Japan has seen many structural changes in financial/capital markets and in the field of corporate finance. Based on my experiences, I would like to present typical issues, actual transactions and also interpret them from the viewpoint of the players in the industry (investment banks/securities companies).
