【Brief Overview】
 Dr. Taisuke ISHIGAKI, Professor of Kansai University, is one of the leading researchers of flood disasters in Japan.
 Japan is a leading country of aging society, and birth rate is decreasing.
 These things are related to the increasing damage by floods.
 The actual state of elderly person attacked by 2018 flood will be shown,
 and disaster prevention education in primary schools will be presented as a countermeasure to reduce such flood damage.
 This is a good opportunity to think about how to construct a resilient society.
