Graduated from the Kyoto University . Entered the Ministry of Construction (currently MLIT), and served as the Director of the Engineering Affairs Division, Minister's Secretariat, Assistant Vice-Minister for Engineering Affairs, Minister's Secretariat.

My course will discuss infrastructure development policy from various aspects including quality assurance in construction works, improvement of procurement system, export of the infrastructure business, and disaster prevention, using case studies.
