【Background】

In 1991, I graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture at Kyoto University and joined Tokio Marine & Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. After gaining experience in planning, development, and operation of IT infrastructure and insurance systems, I am leading the DX initiatives of the Tokyo Marine Group currently.

【Message】

The true essence of DX (Digital Transformation) is 'ISHIN' in which everything is renewed, not limited to the innovation of products, services, and business models, but also encompassing the transformation of organizations, corporate culture, and values. Similar to the Meiji Restoration accomplished by the young people of the late Edo period, DX is not led by a single hero, but rather driven by the young talents who have learned new ways of thinking in various fields. I am looking forward to the opportunity to learn with everyone in Kyoto, a place associated with the Restoration.
