The growth of startups and/or SMEs depends on whether the owners/managers of these firms can make decisions rapidly. Management accounting and control systems (MACS) can accelerate the growth of startups and/or SMEs by providing appropriate information for the owners/managers of these firms. I'd like to think together the design of MACS for startups and/or SMEs.
