　Prof. Noonan is a professor from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. His presentation will cover several topics related to cultural economics and urban regeneration. The presentation will address the current state of the field of cultural economics, especially from his perspective as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Cultural Economics and as a board member of the Association for Cultural Economics International. Co-sponsored by The Japan Association of Cultural Economics (JACE).
