The paper co-authored by Professor Tomoki Sekiguchi, titled “Different Feathers Embedding Together: Integrating Diversity and Organizational Embeddedness” (with Debjani Ghosh, Jorge A. Gonzalez) was selected as the finalist for the FIU/AIB Best Theory Paper Award at the 2021 Academy of International Business (AIB) Annual Meeting. The paper was presented in June at the 2021 AIB annual meeting held online.
