【Brief Overview】
K. Fujita, former head of Siemens Japan and long time resident of Germany is one of those business executives who constantly seeks out answers about managing people and operations across borders. He has spent most of his working life as a boundary spanner connecting Japan and Europe. His experiences include some concrete conclusions that will be of interest to students expecting to deal with Japanese co-workers and superiors. Mr. Fujita also is able to position his experiences in theory – and this will be of interest to students working in various cross cultural environments, Japanese or other.
