【Overview】
In this management seminar, two young researchers in the field of organizational behavior will present their research on empowering leadership and proactive followership. In the “new normal,” where more and more people will be teleworking or working virtually, “empowering leadership” can become quite important. In addition, to improve team productivity, we need to focus not only on leadership but also on followership, especially “proactive followership.” The two studies presented in this seminar provide new perspectives on leadership and followership with rigorous empirical analyses.
