【Message】

The biggest challenge for Hospitality industry in Japan is how to remodel its industrial structure in response to declining birthrate and aging population in Japan. The Hospitality industry is an important industry for Japan's future, and I would like to take this opportunity to think about how to achieve sustainable growth of Hospitality industry in this declining population.
