Graduated from the Osaka University, Faculty and Graduate School of Engineering. PhD (Engineering). Via the director of Bridge division of National Institute of Land and Infrastructure Management(NILIM), Chief Researcher of Bridge Structure Research Group of Public Works Research Institute, the Research Coordinator for Road Structures of NILIM, Graduate school of Management Kyoto University Associate Professor,
and Research Coordinator for Road Structures Recovery etc.

【Message】

Taking on socially integral functions of disaster prevention and logistics, road assets are required to maintain their performance for an extended period of time under severe financial limitations and aging deteriorations. In order to fulfill the requirement sustainably, this course aims to pursue a sophisticated and stable road asset management system on the basis of accumulated experience and data.
