By the request of the Service Science Society of Taiwan, Prof. Yoshinori Hara gave a keynote address online at the annual conference held jointly by Service Science Society of Taiwan and Information Technology Management Association in Taiwan. He gave a presentation on “Exploring Serviceology in the Era of Digital Transformation”. Associate Prof. Spring Han also joined to discuss future academic exchange and collaboration.
Our graduate school has established a double degree program with National Taiwan University, and we look forward to further exchanges between the two countries, including in the area of service science.
