In 2019 I continued interviews including a former factory head and later Board Member of the Oiso (大磯) manufacturing site of National Cash Register, Mr. H. Suhr. This individual had a wealth of experience interacting with business leaders in Japan from labor to CEO level in Japan. Another key interview was with the founder of Hantro, a leading edge technology firm in Finland, Mr. Nikkila. Quantitative data was collected on a small scale for one survey and larger scale by a marketing firm for another survey. This last data includes over 400 respondents in two countries. Regression analysis has been completed, interpretation of the data is next.
