【Brief Overview/概要】
Dr. Maki Fukami is the Founder, President and CEO of the International Institute of Global Resilience and had been a board member/Japan Representative of International Association of Emergency Managers. She will lecture on the leadership/teamwork skills to respond to incidents or emergencies based on American Emergency Management training including Incident Command System that the Federal Emergency Management Agency has developed and which all American Emergency Managers take.

深見真希客員准教授は、グローバルレジリエンス研究所の創設者かつ代表を務め、また国際危機管理協会でも日本代表および本部理事を務めてきました。今回の授業では、アメリカ流の危機管理を基礎とした、危機対応のためのリーダーシップおよびチームワークスキルを講義いただきます。米国緊急事態管理庁が開発し、全米の危機管理実務家たちが訓練を受けているインシデント・コマンド・システムも含みます。
