【Brief Overview/概要】
Renault Nissan and Mitsubishi generated Euro 5.7 billion of synergies in 2017 and plan to create Euro 10 billion synergies and 14 million units of sales in 2022. This is one of the most successful global alliance and Mr. Ashwani Gupta, Alliance Senior Vice President speaks about crating synergies in global management context.
Mr. Gupta reports to Mr. Carlos Ghosn, Chairman of Nissan and Mitsubishi motor, CEO of Renault and he is responsible to expand LCV market leadership under a single business organization, unleashing the full potential of Renault, Nissan and Mitsubishi.
Mr. Gupta joined Renault as general manager of purchasing at Renault India in Mumbai. In 2011, Mr. Gupta was appointed global program director for Datsun programs at Nissan in Japan, where he led the product development to launch in India, Russia, Indonesia and South Africa.
日産自動車、ルノー、三菱自動車は、2017年に、57億ユーロ（およそ7300億円）の相乗効果を創出。2022年までに3社で年間販売台数1400万台、相乗効果100億ユーロを計画している。グローバル経営における持続的な相乗効果を如何に実現にするのか、Alliance Senior Vice Presidentのアシュワニ・グプタ氏のお話をお聞きする。
グプタ氏は、日産自動車会長でアライアンスCEOのカルロス・ゴーン氏のもと、3社のアライアンス責任者を務めるVice President 9名のうちのひとり。グプタ氏は、これまでルノーと日産自動車で商用車のグローバルディレクターを務めるなど、現場で相乗効果の創出に深く関わってきた。
