平成27年10月7日、フランス ボルドーで開催されたUnited Nations Economic Commissions for Europe(UNECE) 主催の国際ワークショップ「Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) for Sustainable Mobility and  the Mitigation of Climate Change」にて、「Expectations related to ITS and the mobility」と題して小林潔司教授が招待講演を行いました。
併せて、ハイレベル・パネルディスカッションで、道路の安全性と気候変動に対応した高度道路交通システムの可能性に関して議論を行ない、国際ワークショップは盛会のうちに終了しました。
