【Background】
Prof. Takeuchi is currently serving as a Professor of Management at the Graduate School of Business and Finance, Waseda University. He received his Ph.D. from the Graduate School of International Development, Nagoya University. Prior to his current position, he was an Associate Professor at Tokyo University of Science, Aoyama Gakuin University, and so forth.

My research interests include theoretical and empirical studies of careers, motivation, and leadership. Seemingly, human behavior appears to be random, and people management tends to rely on personal experience and the sixth sense. I hope to provide opportunities to explore optimal solutions based on scientific knowledge of organizational behavior.
