Several papers have pointed out that paradoxical leadership has a close relationship with Eastern thought. In this sense, I feel that it is very meaningful to be able to advance research in this field together with Kyoto University, which is located in Kyoto, historically the center of Japanese culture and is a leading research and educational institution in Japan. We will do our best to foster paradoxical leaders and disseminate meaningful research results.
