【経歴】

東京大学大学院農学生命科学研究科農業・資源経済学専攻博士課程修了。博士（農学）。国際経済労働研究所主任研究員、京都大学特定助教、東北大学講師などを経て現職。

【メッセージ】

脳画像解析から得られる指標であるBHQ（Brain Healthcare Quotient）とモチベーションや幸福感などの心理情報の関係を明らかにするような研究のほか、海外進出企業の異文化経営やコロナ禍の健康経営などの人的資源管理に関する研究に取り組んでいます。
