【Overview】
Shin Nippon Biomedical Laboratories, Ltd. (SNBL) is a company engaged in Contract Research Organization (CRO), Translational Research (TR), Medipolis business (hotels, proton therapy center specializing in treatment of cancer patients, etc.), etc.

Dr. Nagata is involved in many of the social contribution initiatives, such as environmental considerations and human resource diversity that are now taken up as SDGs. What are such examples, what are the attitudes and ideas that drive them, and what are the leadership human resources in the post-pandemic era?
The lecture will be given from the standpoint of a company manager who is grappling with these questions on a daily basis, using key words such as “Danshari (Kukai)” and “Supreme Desire”.

The lecture will be conducted online and primarily in English.
