Overview

In Japan, there has been little academic research on valuation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). The Nihon M&A Center Holdings endowed chair will conduct research on SME valuation. In particular, we will study on valuation model incorporating ESG performance.
In terms of education, we will hold lectures incorporating practical experience and research results. Through these activities, we will contribute to the enhancement of enterprise value of Japanese companies including SME.
