Overview

The sustainable growth and development of a company start with accurate goal-setting and decision-making by management. Decision-making requires the necessary judgment materials—namely, the presence of managerial accounting as a compass for business management and the presence of talent as a driving force toward achieving goals.
However, many Japanese companies are in a situation where managerial accounting, which serves as the management compass, and the essential personnel needed for execution are insufficient. Over the past eight years, the Managerial Accounting Endowed Course has provided programs and worked alongside numerous accounting professionals and business executives. Through these experiences, we have recognized the need not only to cultivate experts in managerial accounting who can support business as a strategic compass but also to develop immediate-impact personnel who can drive execution toward achieving business objectives.
Furthermore, the management policies and styles of Japanese executives vary widely. This course pursues optimal solutions that integrate the development of both types of personnel with the diverse approaches and support needs of executives, contributing to the sound development of Japanese corporate society.
